No laughs this Spring

We know lots of our supporters were expecting a comedy show this Spring [2008], in support of Aisling. Unfortunately we have not been able to organise one as yet... but Aisling hopes to be putting on a major benefit later in the year.

In the meantime, we would like to celebrate the fine tradition of benefit shows that we have enjoyed over the last 12 years with the aid of our patron Ardal O’Hanlon and our friends at the Comedy Café in Shoreditch. Some of the best comedy talent from Ireland and other London based comics have given up their free time to work for Aisling over the years including Ardal, Tommy Tiernan, Dara O’Briain, Dylan Moran, Ed Byrne and many, many more. Our shows have appeared at some of the best venues in London including the Palace theatre in the west end and, in recent years at the Bloomsbury theatre.
